Meet Iman
Iman Kouvalis is an international strategy consultant, trainer and United Nations volunteer that helps organizations prepare for growth sustainability. She customizes business consultancy to an organization’s unique need using her specialized understanding of both Western and Eastern cultures.
As the founder of Mission:Focus and the author of the 10 Steps Forward program, she was invited to speak in Kuwait and train future community leaders in Europe on how to create Olympic-level NGOs in their countries for societal development along with renowned speakers.
Iman’s expertise lies in strategic planning with 13 years of experience in a vast range of government, not-for-profit and business sectors with social, educational, political and economic disciplines in North America, Europe and the Middle East.
As the Board Director of Strategic Planning for the Muslim Association of Greece, she led the strategic effort to advance the level of authority of the association nationally and internationally, now recognized by the Greek government, authorities and national media as the official voice for Muslims in Greece.
