Before:
They had a good vision to work with government for national issues related to Muslims in Greece but they were not well organized so they could not build their authority or seem reliable enough to carry out big tasks at the national level. Their hard work was not yielding the results they wanted and they were losing power.
What Mission:Focus Did for MAG:
- Led the strategic effort to become the official advocate to the government for 1 million Muslims in Greece
- Initiated the first 10 year strategic plan
- Reengineered the entire internal operations to sustain its growth
- Successfully collaborated with the government to establish an official mosque after 20 years
- Developed a strategic marketing plan via publishing interviews with over 40 major national/international media outlets

By implementing laser-focused goals, MAG gained the recognition of Greek authorities as the official advocacy for national Islamic affairs in Greece and has collaborated with the government directly on national policy issues.
