"Ms. Kouvalis generously volunteered her time for EIFL to help us to draft a marketing plan. All of our meetings were held via skype and Iman easily facilitated the meetings, helping us to reach a shared understanding and keeping us on agenda. She led us through the steps, including a SWOT analysis, that resulted in our having a clear idea of our audience, competitive edge, positioning and (SMART) goals. Ms. Kouvalis asked us the difficult questions and kept us focused, while all the time being very supportive. We benefited from her knowledge of organizational development and strategic planning and would highly recommend her." Rima Kupryte, Director, EIFL

  • Prioritized strategies to make the work manageable on existing staff
  • Help present the plan to the organization for buy-in
  • Educated staff on deeper marketing principles and techniques

After:

Now, EIFL is more equipped to attract more corporate and government funding and is ready to implement their marketing plan and action tasks.
